And, behind it, the Rhône caresses the feet of the castle indefinitely. Sister of the Bastille, the fortress of yesterday lives a peaceful present, rich in testimonies of the past. The river, under control, allows nature to flourish here: a wild enclave. And the canvas is lit up with the gold of the setting sun, before oranges and reds ignite waters, reeds and thousand-year-old walls.
