A walk in my beautiful country, a walk in time, a walk in my memories. The themes can be regions (Sologne, Provence, Corsica etc.), subjects such as marine, seaside, nature or religious monuments such as churches and cathedrals.
I chose as an introductory painting to this series the church of the small town of Brinon sur Sauldre because it is 'in the centre of the village', in the centre and surrounded by benches protected by an awning, a 'caquetoire' which was the meeting point and dialogue of the inhabitants.
